     Slow Cooker Black Bean Enchilada

Ingredients
4 cans Black beans, drained & rinsed
2 Cans Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 small yellow onion
1 tsp garlic salt
4 tsp chili powder
4 tsp cumin
Pepper/Salt
 

Instructions
Add all to freezer bag.
Thaw overnight in fridge when ready to use.
Cook on low 6 hours in crockpot.
Serving Suggestions
Top with cheese and sour cream and tortilla chips.
