Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add oil & sugar, let stand for 5 min
Add egg, salt & enough flour to form a soft dough.
knead til smooth & elastic (by hand) 3-5min
DO NOT LET RISE
Divide into 2 oz portions (1.5 is good too)
line on parchment & sprayed sheet tray
Cover & rest 10min
Eggwash & seed
BAKE 400
