     Everona Market Crackers

Ingredients
2 flour -as needed
3/4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, room temp
1/2 c hot water -as needed
 

Instructions
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder in food processor. Add butter, pulsing. While running, add hot water til smooth dough forms. Knead dough on floured surface quick & lightly.
Cut dough in quarters, wrap in plastic, let rest at room temp about 10min. Roll see-thru-thin. transfer to baking sheet. Slice to size. Prick with fork season as desired.
Bake 450 for 6-10min
