Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dissolve broth in water in microwave. Break up bread in bowl. Pour broth over bread. Add onion soup mix. Stir. Microwave for 4 min, uncovered.
Add garlic salt, mustard, eggs and meat. Mix well. Put in pan and shape for meatloaf.
Top with ketchup or BBQ sauce generously. Bake at 350 for 45 min-1 hour.
