Preheat to 325 degrees. Mix crumbs, 3 T. sugar, butter and press firmly onto bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, pumpkin, flour, pumpkin pie spice with a mixer until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low after each egg, just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour - 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate overnight.
