     Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
1 Cup Instant Minute Rice, uncooked
1 Bag Calif style Broc, Caulif & Carrots, thawed
1/2 med White Onion, chopped
8 oz Velveeta, chopped in 1/2in pieces
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2/3 Cup Milk
Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend (optional)
 

Instructions
Chop thawed Vegetables into bite size pieces if they are not already. Chop Velveeta into 1/2 inch pieces. Chop Onion into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stirring thoroughly. Put into casserole size baking dish. A doubled recipe fits into a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
Serving Suggestions
I like to add chopped Turkey or Ham to make it a main dish
