     Garlic Roasted Salmon and Brussels

Ingredients
14 large cloves garlic divided
1/4 c olive oil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
6 c brussels trimmed and halved
2 lb salmon fillet skinned and cut in 6 portions
1/2 c white wine chardonnay
lemon wedges
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 450. Mince 2 Garlic cloves and combine in a small bowl with oil, 1 Tbsp oregano 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Halve remaining garlic and toss with brussels and 3 Tbsp of the seasoned oil in a large roasting pan, roast stirring once 15 minutes
Brush fish with the remaining oil mixture, season the reaining salt and pepper, remove the pan from the oven stir the veggies and place salmon on top, drizzle the wine over sprouts bake ntil salmon is cooked serve with remain oregano and lemon wedges
