Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 sticks butter, cut into fine cubes
1 tsp salt
t tbs ice cold water
 

Instructions
Cut butter, keep cold Mix flour and salt, add butter – mix until butter is separated and well coated – 2 minutes or so Add ice water to the mixer one tablespoon at time Separate dough into 2 balls, flatten with hand to a disk. Refrigerate 3 hours Take one ball out of frig at a time, roll out (dough will be hard initially, will get easier to roll with each pass), place into pie dish
