2 lbs green seedless grapes
|

2 lbs red seedless grapes
|
|
8 oz sour cream (I use light)
|
|
8 oz cream cheese, softened (I use 1/3 less fat)
|

1/2 Cup Granulated sugar
|
|
1 tsp. vanilla
|
|
|
|
TOPPING -
|
|
3/4 Cup brown sugar
|
|
3/4 Cup crushed pecans, to taste
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Wash and stem grapes. Mix sour cream, softened cream cheese,
white sugar and vanilla by hand until blended
|
|
|
Stir grapes into this mixture and pour into a large serving bowl.
|
|
|
For topping, combine brown sugar and crushed pecans and sprinkle
this over the grape mixture, covering completely.
|
|
|
Chill overnight.
