1. Cook sausage and pepper in olive oil until sausage is brown and peppers are softened. Transfer to plate.
2. Shred sweet potatoes until rice like. Add garlic, celery, and onions to pan. Cook for 30 seconds then add 1 Tbsp of broth.
3. After onions become translucent, add paste and then stir so it coats the vegetables.
4. Add rice, spices, and let cook for 1 minute.
5. Add chicken broth, covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add meat, peppers, and cook until rice is cooked through.
