1 rounded teaspoon flour
|

1 1/4 cups milk

2 egg yolks, beaten

2 teaspoon cooking sherry

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions |

|
Over low heat melt butter in sauce pan and add
flour to make soft paste. Add milk and blend.
Slowly add egg yolks.

Stir constantly, add shrimp, lemon juice and
cooking sherry.

|
Do not reheat - eat immediately.
|
