     Chicken Taco Bake

Ingredients
4 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 pkt taco seasoning
4 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine the chicken, soups, sour cream, Rotel tomatoes, black beans and seasonings in a bowl and stir. Spread half of the chicken mixture in the casserole dish. Sprinkle with half the tortilla chips and cheese. Repeat. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
You can also add 1 can corn. You can use salsa in place of Rotel tomatoes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips.
