Dip chicken in milk. Dip both sides in bread crumbs. Put butter
and minced garlic in skillet on stovetop. Brown garlic. Put each
piece of chicken in skillet to brown but not cook fully (1.5 min
each side).
Set oven to 300. Put sauce in baking pan to cover bottom.
Place chicken on top. Put one piece of provolone on top of
each. Put more sauce on the top of each. Seal pan completely
with foil. Cook for an hour and a half.
