Boil mirlitons until soft and either peel or
scoop out the flesh and mash.
Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in butter
until clear. Then add the spices, heat and add
to the mirlitons, continue to heat and stir til
smooth.
Put into a casserole dish or back into the
shells if you saved them. Sprinkle with crab
meat, parmesan cheese and a little more spices.
Heat in oven until bubbly.
