Add and mix all the spices & herbs into the flour.

Coat the desired amount of chicken parts with the
flour-seasoning mix. Cover the coated chicken with
buttermilk and refrigerate overnight.

|
Re-coat the chicken with the remaining seasonings
mix.
|
|
|
Place into a 350 degree fryer 2-3 pieces of
battered chicken at a time. Do not overcrowd as
the temperature of the oil will drop. Fry for
about 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow more time for breasts.
Drain cooked
chicken onto paper towels to remove excess oil.
