Ingredients
cake layer-
100g sugar
100g flour
3 eggs
3 Ts hot water
1/5 ts baking soda
filling-
9 Schokoküsse
 
500g cream cheese
500ml whipped cream
2 Ts lime juice

Instructions
Whisk eggs, sugar and hot water until foamy. Add flour and baking soda carefully to the mixture. Bake for about 15 minutes at 175 degree in a baking pan.
For the filling you need only the tops of the Schokoküsse. Put the tops into a bowl and beat with lime juice and cream cheese. Then whip the cream until stiff and add to the mixture. Spread on the cake and use the bottoms of the Schokoküsse to decorate the cake.
