|

3/4 cup celery, diced
|
|
1/2 cup dried cranberries
|

1/4 cup pecans, chopped & toasted

3/4 cup mayo
|
|
2 Tbs honey
|
|
Salt & pepper to taste
|

|
|

|

|

|
|
|

|

|

|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine chicken, celery, cranberries and pecans.
|
|
|
Whisk together mayo, honey, salt & pepper.
|
|
|
Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently until combined. Chill at
least one hour.
