     White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 packet ranch dressing
1 can rinsed and drained black beans
1 can undrained corn
1 can drained olives (optional)
1 can undrained rotel (mild)
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
2 large chicken breasts
1 8 oz cream cheese
 
Instructions
Add first 7 ingredients to the crockpot. Add chicken on top and then cream cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Then shred chicken with forks and mix together.
