     Mexican Chef Salad

Ingredients
l lb ground beef, brown
1 15 oz kidney bean, red, drain
small bunch green onions
1 head lettuce
4 tomatoes
1/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
8 oz thousand island dressing or
ranch dressing
1 med. size bag tortilla chips
 
1 large avocado

Instructions
Cook drained beef and beans for 5 minutes. Cool. Chop lettuce onion, cheese add salad dressing. Mix with beef and beans. Add crushed chips. Garnish with tomatoes and avocado. If making ahead, reserve tortilla chips just before serving.
