Beat together butter and sugar, and salt. Knead in
flour. Cover dough and let rest in refrigerator for
two hours. Roll out chilled dough about 1 inch thick
and lay onto a parchment-paper-lined baking tin
Shape a rim out of foil to make sure dough will not
run out of tin.
Prick with fork and bake at 375 degrees F for 30
minutes. While hot, cut into thin 2-inch-long strips
