Ingredients
10 oz/250 gms butter, softened
3/4 cup/140 gms sugar
2-3/4 cups/380 gms flour
Pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Beat together butter and sugar, and salt. Knead in flour. Cover dough and let rest in refrigerator for two hours. Roll out chilled dough about 1 inch thick and lay onto a parchment-paper-lined baking tin
Shape a rim out of foil to make sure dough will not run out of tin.
Prick with fork and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. While hot, cut into thin 2-inch-long strips
