     White Lasagna for Crock Pot

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 c chopped sweet onion
1 10 oz jar pesto
1 10 oz pkg frozen shopped spinach thawed and drained
1 large egg
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 16 oz jars 4 cheese alfredo sauce
1 9 oz box no boil lasagna sheets
 
16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Brown turkey. Drain. Add onion and saute 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in pesto. Set aside.
In a medium bowl beat egg. Stir in ricotta, parmesan and spinach.
Spray large crock pot with PAM. Add 3/4 c alfredo sauce. Add 1 layer lasagna noodles breaking where necessary. Add 1/3 turkey mixture and 1/3 ricotta mixture. Add 1 c. mozzarella cheese. Add 3/4 c alfredo, layer of noodles, 1/3 ricotta, 1/3 turkey and 1 c mozzarella cheese. Add one more layer of each. Top with remaining alfredo.
Cook on low 3.5 to 4.5 hours. Probably could bake in 350 oven in 9X13 pan 45 minutes or until bubbly.
