Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

	1 c butter
	3/4 pt heavy cream
	salt and pepper
	finely minced garlic
	3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
	1/2 grated guyere cheese
	lemon juice


Instructions


Melt butter into cream over low heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Wisk in cheese until melted. Add a tad lemon juice for creaminess.


Serve over pasta.
