Boil and drain shells.
Brown beef-drain the fat
Add 1 egg, mozz cheese, parm cheese, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, bread cubes and 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce. Mix well.
Fill each shell with 1-1 1/2 tsp of mixture.
Spread just enough spag sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan to cover so shells don't stick. Place filled shells face down in the pan then cover with remaining spag sauce.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parm cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
Leftovers freeze well
