8 oz bittersweet chocolate chips - Ghirardelli 60%
8 oz organic heavy cream
Instructions
Put chips in food processor.
Heat the cream in large bowl in microwave 2-3 minutes on
high just until it begins it begins to simmer. Don't allow it to boil
over. Pour hot cream over chips and let sit 2 minutes. Stir well to
combine.
Use as is for glazing.
For lighter frosting, let sit 2 hours at room temperature. Mix on
high 2-3 minutes.
