Ingredients
800 g deer
3 onions
few carrots
pig fat
garlic
80 g tomato puree
broth
0.5 l red wine
1 potato
 
goulash powder
red pepper powder
bay leaf

Instructions
cut deer meat to cubes; cut onions; cut carrots to small cubes;
on pig fat fry onions; when done add deer and fry until color is changed; add red wine, broth, garlic, carrots, tomato puree, goulash powder, red pepper powder, bay leaf
cook covered until meat is soft; remove bay leaf; grate potato into sauce; cook for a while; stir sauce
