cut deer meat to cubes;
cut onions;
cut carrots to small cubes;
on pig fat fry onions;
when done add deer and fry until color is changed;
add red wine, broth, garlic, carrots, tomato puree,
goulash powder, red pepper powder, bay leaf
cook covered until meat is soft;
remove bay leaf;
grate potato into sauce;
cook for a while;
stir sauce
