Sprinkle 1/2 c. Pecans in a 9 inch circle on a
greased cookie sheet. Set aside. Coat top and
sides of a 2 1/2 qt. glass bowl with butter. Place
remaining butter in bowl. Add sugar, salt and
water; do not stir. Microwave on high 11 min. or
until mixture just begins to turn light brown.
Pour over pecan ;sprinkle with chocolate chips and
let stand 1 min. Spread chocolate over toffee &
sprinkle remaining pecans over top. Chill until
firm. Break into bite sized pieces
