     Creamy Orzo with Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves chopped garlic
2/3 cups orzo
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp sage
1 tbsp butter
1 cup chicken broth (or water)
 
3/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat in medium skillet. Add onion and garlic and sautee until golden.
Add orzo, mushrooms Worcestershire, sage and butter. Cook 5-6, stirring, until mushrooms are tender.
Pour broth and wine in and bring to a boil. Cook 10-15 minutes until orzo is soft and liquid is absorbed. Stir frequently.
Stir in Parmesan before serving.
