Spread hash browns on paper towel to thaw and
press out water. Put potatoes over the bottom
and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie
plate. Drizzle the melted butter over the
potatoes making sure the dge is totally
covered. Bake 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Reduce the oven to 350 degrees.
Layer ham, cheese and onions over baked crust.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until
blended, pour over the layers. Bake 25 minutes or
until knife in center comes out clean. Refrigerate
leftovers.
