Wash raw shrimp under cold water and cook
gently in salted boiling water about 5 minutes
depending on size. Let stand in the same water
for about 1 hr. Remove shells and devein. Split
and saute shrimp in butter. Beat cold firm
butter until very light, about 5 minutes
Add garlic, salt, wine (a little at a time)
parsley and breach crumbs. Pour sauted shrimp into
greased 10-1/2 x 1-1/3 inch baking dish. Pour
prepared misture over shrimp and with a fork
spread it uniformly as possible.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and dribble
with melted butter (about 1/4 cup). Bake at 350
degrees for about 30 min. Broil until brown and
crisp just before serving.
