Ingredients
500 g cabbage - juice
100 g dried mushrooms
fatty sausages
allspice
bay leaf
black pepper balls
vegeta
black pepper powder
pickle water (optional)
 
special pasta

Instructions
put mushrooms into tapid water for an hour, then boil it for 10 minutes and pour water away; use fork to make holes in sausages, put it into boiling water; don't wash cabbage, just squeze juice off and store it for later; cut cabbage to smaller pieces and add to boiling water; add allspice, bay leaf, black pepper balls; cook for 30 minutes
cut mushrooms to smaller pieces, add to soup, cook for 20 minutes
at the end add as required - cabbage juice (pickle water if not enough), vegeta and black pepper powder
