     Coconut Cake

Ingredients
White Cake Mix (cook following directions on box. Only use egg whites, not yolks)
1 can Eagle Bran Milk (Baking isle)
1 can Cream of Coconut Milk (either on the drink isle or near the Chinese food isle)
Cool Whip
 

Instructions
Make white cake mix according to the directions on the box. (use 2 round cake pans.) Mix the Cream if Coconut, and the Eagle Bran Milk Poke holes in the cake layers Pour the Cream of coconut and Eagle bran milk into the holes in the cake. Pour slowly and let it soak in to the cake. (Do while cake is warm) Frost with Cool Whip Can sprinkle with coconut if desired Keep in Fridge
