Sift the first 6 ingredients into a large bowl. Make a hole in the mix. Pour the following in the hole and mix well by hand. Wesson oil, eggs, raw, peeled, cored, diced apples, vanilla, chopped nuts. Mix well and bake in Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 55 mins.
