     Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut in strips
1 cup of shredded carrots
1 green onion sliced
1/2 t minced garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
2 T olive oil
3/4 cup water
 

Instructions
Toss beef strips in cornstarch. Add everything except green onion. Stir cook on low 4 hours or until thickened. Garnish with green onion.
