This is a great sandwich to have on hand for football watching or playing cards. I buy the 16 roll pack at Costco and make up 32 or 64 for a large crowd. Leftovers are good for the next day!
On a low heat, in a small pan add butter, mustard, onion flakes and Worcestershire Sauce. Heat until butter is melted and onion is hydrated, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

With a long bread knife, slice all of the rolls in half and place the bottom half in a 9X13 pan or a foil lined baking sheet. Lightly brush butter sauce on bottom half of rolls, you don't need much.

Layer the ham and then the cheese on all the bottom halves of the rolls. Cover with the top half of rolls. Spoon the buttery mustard sauce over the tops of the sandwiches. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake on the middle rack, covered for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until warmed through and the cheese is gooey and melted.
Reuben Sliders- Basically I do the same recipe but I substituted Corned Beef for the ham. I also rinsed the sauerkraut and added a small amount on top of the meat before I added the swiss cheese. I made these for Jamie's St. Paddy's Day Shindig and they were a hit. The original recipe called for spreading Thousand Island Dressing on the bread first but Sean Trawick doesn't like Thousand Island Dressing so I omitted it. Melted butter is always preferred in this family. I might add that I made some with sauerkraut and some without and the kraut went first. I think rinsing the kraut made it more palatable for those who hate sauerkraut.
