     Acini de Pepi Salad

Ingredients
1 Box Acini de Pepi
1 3/8 Cups Pineapple Juice
3 Beaten Egg Yolks
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 Can Pineapple - Crushed
1 Can Pineapple - Tidbits
2 Cans Mandarin Oranges
1/2 Bottle Maraschino Cherries
 
1 Container Cool Whip
1 Bag Miniature Marshmallows

Instructions
Boil macaroni in salt water until tender. Mix, boil until thick and cool overnight- pineapple juice, flour, sugar, egg yolks, and salt.
Next Day- Drain- crushed pineapple, pineapple tidbits, mandarin oranges, marschino cherries. Add to macaroni and custard. Add container of cool whip and miniature marshmallows.
1/2 of this recipe makes a large bowl. This freezes well.
