     Ravioli Stuffing

Ingredients
1 cup of cooked chicken chopped fine
1 cup ground veal sauted in 1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup spinach chopped fine.
 
Instructions
Combine and mix thorougly, use as directed in the ravioli dough recipe.
