|
1. Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper and cook in olive oil
until no longer pink.

2. Remove chicken from pan. Add cream, chicken
broth, parmesan cheese and italian seasoning and
garlic to taste. Cook until it starts to thicken.

|
3. Add spinach, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms;
cook until spinach begins to wilt.
|
|
|
4. Add chicken (and/or italian sausage) and cook for
2 more minutes.
