     Shrimp with a kick!

Ingredients
1.5 Cups Small or Medium Shrimp
1 Cup Wild Rice or Quinoa
1 3/4 Cup Organic Veg Broth or Low Sodium Chicken Broth (or to directions)
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 Cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Sriracha
10 Asparagus spears or 2 Cups of Veggie of your choice
 
1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Combine soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, pepper, garlic, and sriracha in a bowl
2. Cook wild rice or quinoa in broth to directions. Cook veggies in oven with a drizzle of olive oil.
3. While rice/quinoa is cooking, heat the sauce in a frying pan. Then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
4. Serve shrimp over rice/quinoa with veggies on the side.
