1 Cup Wild Rice or Quinoa

1 3/4 Cup Organic Veg Broth or Low Sodium Chicken Broth (or to directions)

1 tsp black pepper
|

1 Tbsp minced garlic
|
|
1/2 Cup low sodium soy sauce
|
|
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
|
|
1 tsp Sriracha
|
|
10 Asparagus spears or 2 Cups of Veggie of your choice

Instructions |

|
1. Combine soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, pepper,
garlic, and sriracha in a bowl
|
|
|
2. Cook wild rice or quinoa in broth to
directions. Cook veggies in oven with a drizzle of
olive oil.
|
|
|
3. While rice/quinoa is cooking, heat the sauce in
a frying pan. Then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp
is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
|
|
|
4. Serve shrimp over rice/quinoa with veggies on
the side.
