With mixer cream margarine with white and brown
sugars. Add baking soda, salt, flour and oatmeal.
Spread 2/3 of this mixture in 9x13 greased pan.
In top of double boiler, melt 1 stick magarine and
6 oz. chocoate chips. Add evaporated milk and
blend well. Remove from heat and spread over
oatmeal mixture in pan. Sprinkle on remaining
oatmeal over filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool and
cut into bars.
