     Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 

Instructions
Cream oil, sugar, egg, and molasses. Mix together flour, baking soda, ginger, cloves and cinnamon together. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture.
Roll into balls and into sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes.
