     Perfect Fit Brownie

Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Chocolate Perfect Fit Protein
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup brewed coffee or almond milk
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all wet ingredients with mashed banana. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Slowly add dry mixture to the wet. Spray loaf pan and pour in batter. Drizzle 1 tbsp of maple syrup on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
Drizzle with melted peanut butter & sprinkle a few dark chocolate chips on top
