Cube bread (about 5 cups). Put into buttered 3 qt.
baking dish. Heat half & half and butter in sauce
pan.
Beat eggs and rest of ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in half and half. Pour all over bread cubes.
Set dish in pan of hot water half way up sides of
dish.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until
set. Test when knife comes out clean. Cool on
rack. Serve warm.
