     Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup swiss cheese
Chopped ham or bacon - enough to cover bottom of pie crust
1 small can of mushrooms drained
1 Pet Ritz deep dish Pie crust
3 eggs
1 cup whipping dream
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
 

Instructions
Layer ham or bacon, cheese and mushrooms into pie crust. Beat 3 eggs, add whipping cream, milk, salt and pepper and powdered mustard. Mix together and pour over meat in pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour until set.
