Cook 3 large potatoes and mash. Fry 2 - 3 medium in salt,
pepper, oil and mix wit potatoes. Mix meat, egg, ketchup,
matzoh meal, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Flatten meat and
place mashed potatoes on top. Roll like a jelly roll. In a large
roasting pan place onion sliced, water with ketchup, pepper
and paprika. Cook gravy and meat on top of stove covered for
10 minutes. Place in 325 degree oven leave covered until the
gravy boils again. Remove cover and roast 50 minutes.
