     Chicken Crust Pizza

1 pound ground chicken breast
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper or foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In a medium bowl combine the ground chicken with parmesan, mozzarella, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and oregano. 3. Place the mixture onto the parchment paper and pat into flat disc. Cover with plastic wrap and evenly press or roll with a rolling pin until you reach a 1/4-1/8 inch thickness.
4. Remove the plastic wrap and bake until lightly golden approximately 12 to 15 minutes 5. Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings. 6. Pop back into hot oven and cook until melted and bubbly 6 to 10 minutes. 7. Remove from oven and scatter with chopped basil and/or parmesean cheese.
