1 (12 oz) jar jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. crushed cheese crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Stir yogurt (or sour cream), cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion
powder in large bowl until cream cheese is smooth. Stir in chopped
jalapenos and both cheeses.
Transfer to oven safe casserole dish and sprinkle crushed cheese
crackers evenly over the dip. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes,
until the dip is bubbling around the sides of the dish. Serve warm.
Make ahead- Mix dip together and add to casserole dish, but don't
add cracker topping. Cover and refrigerate overnight, up to 1 day in
advance. When ready to cook, preheat oven, add cracker topping
and cook for 30 minutes instead of 20.
