Preheat oven to 350.
Place butter in 9x13 baking dish in oven while it
preheats.
In large bowl, combine eggs, flour, and baking
powder.
Fold in cottage cheese and Monterrey Jack cheese.
Pour mixture into baking dish over the melted
butter.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
