1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes - slice 1/2 inch slices
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
70 mini marshmallows
1 pinch salt
cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425,
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place sweet potato slices on baking sheet.
Blend seasonings into small bowl.
Sprinkle slices with blended seasonings.
Spray slices with cooking oil.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Top each slice with 2-3 mini marshmallows.
Broil 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are
toasted.
