     Mom's Taco Salad with Catalina

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can ranch style beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 head lettuce, torn into small pieces
1 tomato, cut into small chunks (can add more if you prefer)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Bottle of Catalina salad dressing
8 oz package of corn chips
 
1 can kernal corn (optional)

Instructions
Brown the ground beef, adding the taco seasoning in towards end. Remove from heat and drain, if needed.
Mix together beans, corn, lettuce, tomato and cheese to cooled ground beef.
Add an 8 oz package of corn chips. I like to lightly crush some of the larger chips into bite size pieces.
Thoroughly mix and add Catalina dressing to join moisten.
