     CASSEROLE - Leftover Ham Casserole

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   6

Ingredients
2 cups cubed or shredded ham
3 cups cooked macaroni
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk (use can from mushroom soup)
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a casserole dish, combine the ham, macaroni, cheese, soup and milk. Mix together well.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover, top with the bread crumbs, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.
NOTE- This is a good way to use up leftover ham, but it does taste a little bland. To spice it up add your favorite seasonings (wing sauce, Cajun seasoning, etc). Red bell peppers would make a good addition as well. Made this first when Emily was 8 and she liked it, however, the rest of the family had to spice it up.
